Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. T-REX CRUSH is not responsible for any charges you incur from your wireless carrier related to SMS communications.

d.  How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from T-REX CRUSH at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. CANCEL is also accepted as an opt-out keyword. Upon receipt of either keyword:

•     We will send you one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, such as: “You have been unsubscribed from T-REX CRUSH messages. No further texts will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe or call (469) 756-8851 for help.”

•     No further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-opt in.

•     Your opt-out will be processed within 10 business days.

To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply START to (469) 756-8851, or provide fresh written or verbal consent directly to T-REX CRUSH. A previously opted-out number will never be re-enrolled without explicit new consent.

f.  Opt-Out Record Keeping

T-REX CRUSH maintains a record of all opt-out requests to ensure compliance with TCPA regulations and carrier guidelines. Each opt-out log entry includes:

•     The method used to opt out (keyword reply, email, or phone call)

These records are retained to prevent accidental re-enrollment of opted-out numbers and to demonstrate compliance in the event of a regulatory or carrier audit. Opted-out numbers are never re-added to our SMS contact list without explicit new consent from the individual.
